Bhai, Supertech ka track record waise bhi thoda shaky hai, especially after their past projects. Maintenance charges toh har jagah high hain ab Noida Extension mein, but Aadri ke case mein they are notorious for hidden costs. Rental income ka toh poora calculation bigad jayega agar yeh extra charges
