₹12,000 monthly maintenance for a 3BHK in Noida Extension feels high, especially for what we saw at Amrapali Zodiac. We're upgrading for the kids, need a proper 3BHK and safety is a big thing. My wife liked the flat layout, but we're both worried about the actual value for money on those charges. Jo security systems hain (CCTV, visitor management) – are they genuinely active and effective, ya bas naam ke liye? Current building mein guards so jaate hain, we don't want that again. And the children's play area? Does it stay clean, safe, and actually usable daily, or just a ticked-off checkbox for OC? Koi Amrapali Zodiac resident apna experience share karega please? Is this high maintenance common here, with average service?
