Noida Extension maintenance: Is the high cost justified?
What's the real scene with maintenance charges and amenities in Noida Extension, especially Mahagun Mywoods Phase 3? I'm looking at a unit there, and the maintenance bill seems quite high. Brochure mein toh sab dikha dete hain – fancy clubhouse, big green areas. But honestly, are these amenities actually used by residents daily, ya sirf brochure mein achhe lagte hain? My main worry is ki as an investor, will these 'premium' amenities actually attract good tenants or just add to my monthly expenses without much ROI? And what about the actual service quality for that high maintenance? Does the security system work well? Are the green areas maintained properly? Yaar, it affects long-term resale value and tenant retention. Ab samajh nahi aa raha, should I factor in these 'ghost amenities' as a major cost?
