Noida Extension market: Is it the right time to upgrade?

Should I upgrade to a 3BHK in Noida Extension now, or wait a year or two? I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 137, already have a home loan. Thinking of a 3BHK or small villa, maybe in Khera Dhrampura. Saw some projects by Gaursons and ACE Group. Prices feel steep, but with Jewar Airport and FNG Expressway, is it worth buying now? Or has the market peaked?
