Sector 113 keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. Future Group ka ek project dekh raha tha, 3BHK ₹78L ka base price bataya. Par yaar, jab all-in cost calculate kiya, toh PCL, parking, stamp duty, registry... sab add karke budget bilkul hil gaya. Honestly, itni hidden charges ki expectation nahi thi. Builders bolte hain spot discount nahi dete, but negotiation kitna realistic hai Noida Extension mein? Koi batao, kitna extra expect karun possession tak? Aur kya genuinely negotiate kar sakte hain?

Bhai, Future Group ka toh pata nahi, but Noida Extension mein all-in cost hamesha 15-20% upar jaata hai base price se. Ajayabpur mein mere friend ne liya tha, ₹60L ka flat, ₹10L extra lag gaye possession tak. Mind-boggling!
Exactly! Builders sirf base price dikhate hain, baaki sab chhupa dete hain. Bahut frustrating hota hai ye.
