Noida Extension mein builder quality aur maintenance ka kya scene hai?
Construction quality is a real lottery, yaar, especially in Noida Extension. Just moved into my ACE flat in Sector 150 last month, possession was ekdum on time, which was great. But abhi se thode plaster cracks dikh rahe hain, aur bathroom mein halki seepage ka issue bhi hai. Builder ka customer support toh phone hi nahi uthata, it's so frustrating. Things nobody told me before buying. My friend bought in a Gaursons project nearby, unka experience bhi same hai with quality issues after a few months. I’m really worried about these post-possession maintenance charges too; they feel way too high for what we're getting. People who own in Godrej or ATS, what's your take on their construction quality and maintenance? Is it any better or sab ka same haal hai in Noida Extension?

Yaar, you hit the nail on the head! This is my biggest fear when looking for a flat in Noida Extension. Godrej aur ATS ka naam toh bada hai, but are they really that much better for the premium they charge?
Sahi baat hai! I almost booked a flat in Godrej Alistonia Estate, but ek dost ne bola ki wahan bhi finishing issues aate hain. Not as bad as smaller builders maybe, but still, for that price, you expect perfection. ATS ka toh maintenance
