Noida Extension mein compact flats bechna aasaan nahi hai, I think.

Noida Extension mein chote flats ka resale kitna easy hai after a few years? Kids have moved out, so I'm selling our big house and looking for a smaller 2BHK/3BHK, maybe around Sector 137 ya Greater Noida West. My main concern is future resale value and liquidity for these compact RTM flats. Maintenance bhi low chahiye. Log kehte hain investment acha hai, but kya resale market actually strong hai for end-users? Is it easy to find buyers for a 2BHK after 5-7 years? What's your experience with societies like Godrej or Gaursons?
