Noida Extension mein Invest karna safe hai?

Hi everyone, I'm planning to invest in Noida Extension. I've been considering Gaursons and Ace Group. Gaursons kaafi projects deliver kar chuka hai, but Ace Group ke projects bhi ache dikhte hain. What do you think about their construction quality? Kya kisi ne Gaursons ya Ace Group se flat liya hai? Mujhe delivery timelines ke baare mein bhi pata karna hai. Has anyone experienced delays with either of them? Which one is better for investment in terms of ROI? Also, Ace Group ke after-sales service kaisi hai? Any suggestions would be helpful! Thanks!
