Noida Extension mein kaun sa builder better hai?

Guys, I'm looking to invest in Noida Extension. Confused between a few builders though. What's your take on quality of construction by different builders there? Has anyone experienced issues with construction quality? Mujhe advice chahiye, which builder has a better track record for on-time delivery? Also, kya aap logon ko pata hai about the resale value of properties by different builders? I'm thinking long-term investment, so ROI matters. Which one is better for investment point of view? Any suggestions or personal experiences would be really helpful! Not sure if I should consider under-construction or ready-to-move. Kya opinion hai aap logon ka?
