Noida Extension mein kaunsa BHK better for investment?
Been tracking Noida Extension for a couple years now, prices have definitely moved. I'm eyeing a second investment property, considering either a 2BHK or 3BHK. My budget is around ₹1.2Cr max, so options exist in both segments, like near Pari Chowk or Yamuna Expressway. For rental yield and long-term appreciation, especially with Jewar Airport and Aqua Line extension, which makes more sense? A 2BHK (say ₹90L) or a compact 3BHK (around ₹1.2Cr)? From my experience, 2BHKs rent faster, but 3BHKs sometimes appreciate better. What's the community's take on this trade-off for Noida Extension?
