Kids have moved out, so selling our big house aur ab Noida Extension mein ek compact flat dekh rahe hain. Budget around ₹80L-1.2Cr for a 2/3BHK. Godrej, ATS, aur Gaursons ke projects dekhe hain. My main concern is construction quality and society maintenance after 2-3 years. Bohut builders ki reputation kharab hai ispe. Koi bata sakta hai Godrej ya ATS ka post-possession maintenance kaisa rehta hai? Gaursons ka quality pe kya feedback hai? Don't want future headaches. Delivery time ka bhi thoda idea ho toh batana. Which one would you pick for a peaceful life?

Arre wah, same situation hai meri bhi! Kids abroad, ab hum bhi Noida Extension mein dekh rahe hain. Godrej aur ATS ka naam toh bahut suna hai, especially for quality. Par maintenance ka kya scene hai after a few years, yahi tension hai. Gaursons ka sunke thoda darr lagta hai construction quality pe.
Haan, Gaursons ka toh sunte hi hain ki delivery mein bahut delay karte hain. Better to avoid if you want peace of mind.
