Guys, I'm planning to invest in Noida Extension. What do you think about Godrej Properties vs. ATS? Heard mixed reviews. Godrej ka construction quality kaisa hai? ATS ke projects timely deliver hote hain kya? Mujhe primarily investment ke liye chahiye. Which one offers better ROI in the long run? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about their resale value?
