Noida Extension mein Manglam Shagun City Center: Real talk needed.
Been working in real estate for years but buying my own flat in Greater Noida feels totally different. Looking at Manglam Shagun City Center, near Sector 137 side. Location wise, it's decent for connectivity, especially with the Jewar airport infra coming up. My budget is around ₹85-90L for a 2BHK. Builders always promise the moon with amenities in brochures. Jo swimming pool, clubhouse dikhate hain, does Manglam actually deliver that quality and maintain it well after possession? Yaar, post-possession maintenance charges bhi toh dekhne hain. Also, what's the long-term resale potential like for their projects? I know the market is good, but does Manglam hold value well compared to others? Is it better for end-users or investors? Anyone with first-hand experience in their other projects or Shagun City Center, please share your honest feedback. What surprises did you find?
