Noida Extension mein negotiation is a myth, prove me wrong.

Sector 20 mein Hawelia ke projects dekh raha hoon for a 3BHK. My wife wants a bigger space for the kids. Prices for a 3BHK are around ₹90L-₹1.2Cr. Builder bol raha hai no negotiation, zero discount. Is this true for Noida Extension? Kitna realistically bargain kar sakte hain? With stamp duty and registration on top, it feels like a lot, no?

Bhai, you're absolutely right. Noida Extension mein negotiation is almost zero now. Builders are sitting on inventory but also know demand is there. Hawelia ki toh reputation bhi theek-thaak hai, so they might not budge much. But 90L-1.2Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 20? Thoda high lag raha hai, especially with stamp duty. Kya Noida Extension mein koi bhi builder negotiation karta hai aajkal?
