Honestly, I'm looking at Bhoodhan Developer projects in Sector 134. Builder ke bande bolte hain fixed price hai, no scope for discount. Is it true? Ya fir kuch hidden tricks hain? Also, property price ke upar kitna extra budget rakhna chahiye for stamp duty, interiors, misc. costs? I had no idea yeh sab add hota hai. Change my mind, please. Koi experience share karo.

Yaar, totally agree! I thought I was the only one. These builders in Noida Extension act like they're doing us a favour. Main bhi ek project dekha tha Sector 134 mein, unka bhi same 'fixed price' ka rona tha. Negotiation toh door ki baat, baat bhi nahi karte dhang se. Kya karein phir aise mein? First time buyer hain, itna pressure hai.
