Noida Extension mein which builder is better?

Guys, I'm confused between a few builders in Noida Extension. What do you think about the construction quality of Gaurs vs. Supertech? Has anyone experienced delays with either of them? Which one has better after-sales service, especially for maintenance issues? Also, kya aap logon ko pata hai about the resale value of their projects in the long run? I'm looking for investment, so which one would you recommend? Mujhe advice chahiye!
