Noida Extension: My all-in cost shocker

Sector 143C — everyone says it's affordable, but my Trident Infra Homes 2BHK quote was shocking. EMI vs rent math doesn't work when builders add PLC, parking, and so many hidden charges. Negotiation pe kitna expect kar sakte hain? I think 5-10% is fake. Change my mind.

Totally feel you, bhai! I was looking at a 3BHK in the same area, not Trident but nearby, and the 'all-in' price they quoted after adding all these charges was easily 15-20% higher than what was advertised. EMI vs rent ka calculation toh pura bigad gaya. Yeh hidden charges hi toh asli khel hain.
