Noida Extension negotiation: Is it a myth?

Just moved into Spire World in Sector 143A last month. Honestly, everyone talks about negotiation but builders won't budge. I tried hard, maybe 1-2% off max. And the hidden charges at possession? Stamp duty, PLC, registration – they hit hard. Don't believe the 'all-inclusive' hype. It's a trap. Change my mind.

Yaar, totally relate! I'm looking in Sector 150 and builders wahan bhi same game khel rahe hain. They show you a 'discounted' price but then add GST, IDC, PLC, club membership, parking... it never ends. It's like they're daring you to walk away. Negotiation is a joke, they just shuffle the numbers.
