Okay I'll be honest — I thought negotiation was a myth in Noida Extension, especially in Sector 89. Builders like Gaursons bilkul budge nahi karte. But my friend got a 3L discount on a 2BHK in ATS. Matlab, is spot discount real or just for show? Aur pre-launch ka hype, is it actually cheaper than ready-to-move? Change my mind.

Yaar, 3L discount in ATS? That's huge! Hum toh soch rahe the Noida Ext mein builders bas 'take it or leave it' bolte hain. Gaursons ka toh pata hai, unka price list patthar ki lakeer hai. Par ATS mein mila hai, toh shayad hope hai? But general market mein negotiation kitni possible hai, especially for smaller budgets like ours?
