Noida Extension: NRI investment, ready-to-move sahi hai?
Noida Extension projects are on my radar from Dubai. Uppal Plumeria Garden Estate completed hai, so immediate rental potential dikhta hai. But Wegmans Signature Tower ka status (null) hai, matlab under-construction gamble? Can't do site inspections myself. For an NRI, which one offers better rental management ease and lower risk, considering legal clarity?

Bhai, Dubai se investment ka sochna toh sahi hai, but Wegmans Signature Tower ka 'status null' sunke toh darr lag raha hai. 2017 ki possession date hai aur abhi bhi null? NRI ke liye toh aur bada risk hai, especially since I can't do site inspections myself. Uppal Plumeria Garden Estate sounds safer for rental, at least it's completed. Legal clarity ke liye kya karna chahiye under-construction mein, agar builder ka status hi clear nahi?
