Noida Extension or Sector 1 for Investment? Help!

I'm thinking of investing in Noida. Sector 1 or Noida Extension, which one is better for long-term appreciation? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about srdevelopers2000 builder ka reputation? I'm looking for good rental yield potential too. Has anyone experienced property appreciation in Sector 1 recently? Mujhe advice chahiye! What do you think about the risks of investing in under-construction projects versus ready-to-move? Any suggestions?
