Noida Extension or Sector 134 for investment?

Guys, I'm planning to invest in Noida. What do you think about Noida Extension vs Sector 134? Which area has better appreciation potential? Also, has anyone invested in Krishna Vatika Society? What's your take on under-construction vs ready-to-move property in these areas? Mujhe advice chahiye. Thanks!
