Noida Extension or Sector 134 for investment?

Hey guys, I'm looking to invest in Noida. I've been considering Noida Extension and Sector 134. Sector 134 seems more developed, but Noida Extension has better prices. What do you think? Which one is better for long-term ROI? Also, has anyone invested with Alpha Builtech? I've heard mixed reviews. Kya aap logon ko pata hai about their current projects? Mujhe advice chahiye regarding the best time to buy. Is it better to invest in under-construction or ready-to-move properties right now? I'm a bit confused. Any suggestions would be appreciated! What's your take on the current market conditions?
