Noida Extension or Sector 156 for Investment? Confused!

I'm thinking of investing in Noida real estate, but I'm confused about which area is better. Noida Extension ya Sector 156? Which one has better growth potential in the long run? Also, what's the rental yield like in both areas? I've heard mixed reviews. Has anyone invested in Wave Infratech projects? What's your experience been like? Are they reliable in terms of delivery? Mujhe advice chahiye. Which one would you recommend for a good ROI? Kya aap logon ko pata hai which area is better for appreciation? Not sure where to put my money!
