Noida Extension parking allocation is a mess

Noida Extension mein parking allocation kaafi lottery jaisa lagta hai. Deepak Green Residency mein bhi builder ne bola tha reserved parking, but suna hai actual mein allot hone tak sab random ho jaata hai. I'm upgrading from a 2BHK, so ek dedicated spot for 3BHK is non-negotiable. Builders usually hide this detail till last minute. What's the real scene there? Hope this helps someone else check this too.
