Been checking Antriksh Golf View I for a month. Builder says full power backup. But is it full flat or just common areas for investors? Tenant attraction and resale value pe kitna farak padta hai yeh sab?

Bhai, builders ka 'full power backup' hamesha misleading hota hai. Most of the time it's only for common areas and a few points in the flat. You really need to get it in writing, clear terms mein.
