Noida Extension pre-launch deals: are they real savings?

Since my landlord hiked rent again, I'm finally looking to buy in Noida Extension. Heard pre-launch deals are good. But does it *really* save money after all the PLCs and hidden charges come up? Or is it smarter to buy ready-to-move? Any tips on getting a true all-in cost for projects around ₹75L, say near Chamrawali Bodaki? What's the real hack?
