Noida Extension pre-launch offers: are they ever worth it?

Visited Aadvi Group's project in Omicron 1A last weekend. Builders always push pre-launch offers as the best deal, saying prices will shoot up post-launch. But honestly, I think pre-launch pricing is mostly a marketing gimmick in Noida Extension. I've seen better spot discounts or even price corrections later, especially for inventory they need to clear. Matlab, pehle high price dikhao, phir discount do. Should we really fall for the 'early bird' narrative? Change my mind.

Totally agree with you, yaar! Meri bhi yahi observation hai. Pata nahi kitne projects mein dekha hai ki pre-launch mein ek price quote karte hain, phir baad mein jab sales slow hoti hain toh wahi units kam price pe mil jaate hain. Plus, possession dates ka bhi koi bharosa nahi hota pre-launch mein. Aadvi Group ka RERA number bhi check karna padega pehle.
