Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Noida Extension. Okay, I'll say what no one says: pre-launch deals are mostly marketing hype, not real discounts. Builders like ABCZ Buildcon just inflate prices later. Change my mind.

But sometimes you do get a good entry price, no? My cousin got a decent deal in Ajayabpur 3 years back during pre-launch. Now property rates are up there and he's quite happy with
Totally agree, bhai. Pre-launch is just a trap, I almost fell for one near Alpha II last year. The terms and conditions were so confusing.
Pre-launch ke naam pe sirf booking amount le lete hain aur phir ghost kar dete hain. Happened to my colleague, big headache trying to get his money back later.
Haan, Alpha II mein rates toh badhe hain, but was that due to pre-launch or general market appreciation? Often the latter, not builder's generosity. We need to be smart about this.
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Noida Extension, and this pre-launch trend is really bugging me. Okay, I'll say what no one says: pre-launch deals are mostly marketing hype, not real discounts. Builders like ABCZ Buildcon just inflate prices later, then show the 'discount' from that inflated number. It feels like a bait-and-switch for first-time buyers like us. Change my mind, please, because I'm genuinely confused.
Exactly! And then the construction quality suffers later because they've already cut corners to offer that 'discount'. Kya guarantee hai ki they won't compromise on materials? This happened with a friend's flat in Alpha I, Greater Noida.
Sahi kaha yaar. Builders just play with our emotions, 'Limited period offer' bol ke pressure daalte hain. It's so frustrating when you're trying to make such a big decision.
