Noida Extension mein prices ab toh bilkul unsustainable lag rahe hain. I'm fed up of renting, aur finally buying ka soch raha, but current rates, especially for 2026 projections, seem way too high. Yeh 5-10% annual appreciation real hai ya just hype? Investors kya bolte hain, will this last? Main Sector 138 ya Greater Noida West mein koi 2BHK dekh raha tha, around 80L tak. Jewar Airport ka impact real hai kya, ya sab PR hai? Which areas do you think will actually give good appreciation in the next 2 years? Confused hoon.

Totally agree! Noida Extension mein toh ab affordable kuch raha hi nahi. 80L mein 2BHK milna mushkil hai ab, especially agar achhi society chahiye. Lagta hai bubble ban raha hai, bahut darr lag raha hai invest karte hue.
Sahi kaha bhai. Hum bhi yahi soch rahe the, Sector 138 mein toh rate sunke hi darr lag gaya. Current prices are just too much for a first-time buyer like me.
