I'm not gonna lie, thinking about upgrading my 2BHK in Sector 137 has got my head spinning. Already have an EMI, so the next move needs to be solid. I'm looking at 3BHKs in Noida Extension, maybe Sector 150 or even Greater Noida West. Builders like Godrej, ATS ke projects dekh raha hoon. Prices have shot up like crazy, especially with all the Jewar Airport and FNG hype. Is this current price rise sustainable till 2026, ya phir correction aayega? Matlab, ₹80L for a 3BHK seems okay, but will it hold? Kya lagta hai, kaun se areas like Block B will give maximum appreciation in the next 2 years? Honestly, I don't want to overpay now only to see prices dip. Should I wait, ya abhi jump kar lena chahiye?

Yaar, I totally agree with you. ₹80L for a 3BHK in Noida Extension sounds like a lot, especially for areas like Greater Noida West. Builders like ATS and Godrej toh apni brand value pe price inflate kar rahe hain. Jewar Airport ka hype theek hai, but connectivity abhi bhi issue hai for daily commuters. Mujhe lagta hai ki ye bubble hai, jo 2026 tak shayad burst na ho but at least stagnate toh zaroor karega. Mera personal take hai, wait for a bit, ya at least explore other options like Dwarka Expressway. It feels like overpaying right now.
