Noida Extension price surge feels unsustainable.
My budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on which sector in Noida Extension. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different; you see through all the builder marketing. I'm eyeing a 2BHK, around ₹75-80L, maybe in Sector 137 or 150 if I stretch. The prices have jumped significantly in the last year, especially with Jewar airport news and Metro extensions. I'm seeing 5-10% annual increases. Is this current price rise sustainable, or are we heading for a correction soon? I'm worried about buying at a peak. Which sectors do you guys think have seen *real*, organic appreciation in the last 12 months, and which ones are just hype? I don't want to get stuck with an inflated property. What's the ground reality for 2026 predictions?
