Noida Extension price surge isn't sustainable for 2026.

Just moved into Beta II last month and honestly, the price jumps are wild. People are saying Jewar Airport and FNG will keep pushing prices up until 2026, maybe 5-10% annually. But is this sustainable, or are we heading for a correction? What do you guys think will happen in sectors like 150 or Noida Extension itself?
