Noida Extension prices are inflated, a correction is due.

Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. Just took possession of my 3BHK in Sector 150 a couple months back. Prices felt high, around ₹1.2 Cr. Now with Jewar Airport news, everything feels inflated. Are we in a price correction zone or will prices keep climbing? Should I have waited?

Yaar, totally agree. I was looking at Sector 150 too, and the prices for a 2BHK even felt like a stretch. 1.2 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 150 sounds high, especially with the current market uncertainty. Jewar airport hype has definitely pushed things up, but for how long?
