Mujhe aap logon ki rai chahiye Noida Extension ke high property prices par. Ek video dekha tha jisme explain kar rahe the ki wahan rates itne high kyun hain. But honestly, I'm thinking, is it actually better value than other good spots in Noida? Jaise sectors like 75 ya 137 mein bhi kaafi options hain. Kya Noida Extension ka ROI sach mein better hai, ya sirf hype hai? Kya dusre areas mein humein better deals mil sakti hain? Aap log kya suggest karte ho?

Yaar, I'm with you on this. Noida Extension ke prices sunke toh mera bhi dimaag ghoom gaya hai. I was looking at a 3BHK there, and the same budget gets me a much better, ready-to-move option in Sector 137. Is the appreciation potential really *that* much higher to justify the current premium? Ya sirf builder hype hai?
