Noida Extension property: are tax benefits worth it?

Tax benefits for property in Noida Extension, do they actually make a big difference to your EMI? I work in real estate, so I know the builder pitch, but buying for myself is totally different. I'm eyeing a 3BHK around Sector 150, maybe a Godrej Properties or ATS project, budget ₹1.5 Cr tak jaa raha hai. Builders always highlight Section 24 and 80C. But honestly, after PLC, maintenance, and all the other hidden costs, does it sahi mein ease the monthly burden much? Or is it just a small saving jo ultimately get lost in the bigger picture? Trying to figure out if these tax advantages are genuinely impactful for the long run, ya know? Or should I just focus on location and appreciation more?
