My biggest worry is the final, *final* all-in cost. Builders often quote property price but then there's stamp duty, registration, maintenance, PLC, parking... it adds up so fast. What's the actual percentage for stamp duty and registration in Noida Extension right now? And what are the biggest 'hidden charges' that only pop up closer to possession? I'm trying to get a clear picture so I don't get blindsided. Any tips on negotiating these extras down, especially the 'other charges' part? Or is it all pretty fixed?
