Omicron 1A mein property prices ka kya scene hai? I'm looking at a 3BHK, around ₹1.1 Cr for 1400 sqft. Honestly, from my experience, these prices feel a bit stretched, even with Jewar Airport coming up. Is the investment potential really there for a 5-year horizon? I've seen builders like Godrej and ATS quoting similar rates in other sectors. Kya resale market mein itni liquidity hai ki we can exit easily later? My analysis shows ROI might be lower than expected once you factor in maintenance and all. Not sure if the appreciation will outpace other GN micro-markets. What's your take? Am I missing something in this calculation?
