Okay, I'll be honest – I'm completely fed up with renting in Noida and finally decided to buy. Looking at a 2BHK in Block H, maybe Savviour Builders. The base price is one thing, but how much can you *really* negotiate in Noida Extension? Like, 5% max? And what about hidden charges? Beyond stamp duty and registration, are there other big surprises that pop up at possession? Trying to figure out the true all-in cost. Any experiences with negotiating in this area or unexpected costs I should watch out for?

Bhai, Savviour Builders ka track record check kar lena pehle. Negotiation 5%? Bhool jao. Maybe 1-2% on base price if you're lucky, that too if market
Haan yaar, renting se toh sab pareshaan hain. Good move to finally buy! Noida Extension mein options bahut hain, par sahi price nikalna mushkil hai. Negotiation ka toh pata nahi, but hidden charges ka darr mujhe bhi hai, especially with all the news about project delays.
