Noida Extension property: What's the *real* final cost?

Yamuna Expressway Sector 22A keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. I'm looking at a 2BHK there, maybe with Apex Group, around ₹78L. My main concern is the "all-in" cost. Builder quotes are always just the base price, right? Kya koi bata sakta hai ki stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, interiors sab mila ke kitna upar jaata hai? Pre-launch offers sahi mein discount hote hain ya bas marketing gimmick? Aur yeh floor-rise premium, is it actually worth paying extra for? Thoda guidance chahiye.
