Noida Extension quality control is a major concern

Visited a few projects in Noida Extension recently, including ATS and Gaursons. I'm in this industry, but buying for myself is different, you know? Heard mixed things about ATS's delivery track record in some projects. Gaursons seems better on paper for timely handover. Construction quality is a big one for me too. Are those minor cracks and finishing issues just normal, or should I be worried long-term? Anyone have recent experiences with possession from either builder in Greater Noida West? Especially on actual quality and hidden charges at handover. What's the real word-of-mouth?
