Two months back I moved into my new flat near Yamuna Expressway Sector 22A. The rental rates I'm seeing are wild; kuch bhi justified nahi lagta. Rent 30% up ho gaya hai, EMI se bhi zyada. Is it even worth renting here anymore? Change my mind.
