Okay I'll be honest — I'm completely fed up of renting. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Thinking of finally taking the plunge in Noida Extension, specifically the 'RERA Approved Projects' corridor. Brochures sab accha dikhate hain, but what's the actual ground reality wahan? Commute kaisa hai, especially during peak hours? Paani, bijli ka kya scene hai? Amenities functional hain ya bas dikhawa? Any hidden costs ya issues? EMI vs rent math is confusing, so need real experiences. Kya RERA tag se sab smooth ho jata hai?

But connectivity to FNG expressway
Alistonia Estate side mein traffic bahut badh gaya hai. Future mein aur construction aayega toh aur problem hogi.
