Noida Extension RERA: Are we really protected from delays?
My current 2BHK in Sector 78 feels too small now, and I'm seriously looking at a 3BHK in Noida Extension. Was supposed to decide by last month but this whole RERA thing has me really confused. Heard so many horror stories about builder delays, especially after some friends got burned with Parsvnath Platinum near Sector 150. Their possession is years late, and getting any real action feels impossible. I'm trying to understand what happens if a builder like, say, Pihu Infratech LLP, delays possession. The builder-buyer agreement clauses are so tricky, seems like they always favour the builder. Is RERA actually effective for getting compensation or just on paper? What are the *real* legal options when they miss deadlines? Should I even trust the RERA registration number blindly? Any experiences with RERA complaints in Noida Extension? What did you do?

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Main bhi 3BHK dekh raha tha Noida Extension mein, aur Pihu Infratech ka ek project pasand aaya tha. But yeh delays ka darr itna zyada hai. RERA registration number dekh ke bhi lagta hai bas formality hai. Meri ek friend ka bhi same haal hai Parsvnath Platinum, Sector 150 mein. Uska toh possession date kab ki nikal gayi, ab tak kuch pata nahi. Kya karein?
Haan yaar, Pars
