Meri family ne bhi ek baar Realtech ke project mein invest karne ka socha tha, Alistonia Estate mein. Thank god humne time pe research kar li. Unka financial health dekhna bahut zaroori hai. Koi project jo bahut cheap lag raha ho, usse bacho.

RERA website pe project details aur complaints section mein jaake dekho, wahan saare red flags mil jaayenge. Especially agar financial stress dikh raha ho ya bahut saare pending cases hon.
But agar builder ka naam RERA mein registered hai aur koi complaint nahi dikh rahi, toh kya woh safe hai? Ya phir complaints register hone mein time lagta hai?

Bhai, Realtech ka track record toh itna accha nahi hai. Maine bhi suna hai unke projects mein kaafi delays hain. RERA website pe jaake builder ka naam daaloge toh mil jaayega. Lekin sirf registration dekhna kaafi nahi hai, past projects bhi dekho.
Haan, meri ek friend ne Alpha I Greater Noida mein Realtech ke project mein book kiya tha. Possession date 2 saal se extend ho rahi hai. Ab RERA complaint file karni padi hai. Bahut tension hai usko. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya, lol, but it's not funny for her. Usne toh apna saara life savings laga diya tha.
