Spent the whole Sunday checking builder track records online from Dubai. Everyone talks about RERA, but honestly, for NRIs, is it just optics? I'm looking at Kutumbh Buildwell's projects, like SGP Antalya Heights. Builder ka track record kaise verify karein when you can't be there? Seems like RERA complaints are mostly on paper. Change my mind.
