Noida Extension resale market isn't giving the returns it should.

Since last year, I've been tracking resale values in Noida Extension quite closely. My 2BHK in Sector 107, bought years ago, isn't showing the appreciation I expected, even with Jewar Airport and FNG progress. Builders like Godrej and ATS have new launches pushing prices, but resales for an ₹80-85L unit feel stagnant. Is the resale market actually healthy for small investors, ya sirf new projects mein hi action hai? For how long should we hold property here for maximum gain, considering the slow pace of older project resales?
