Haan bhai, resale me toh kaafi difference aata hai. Builder se toh GST aur saare hidden charges lag jaate hain, jo resale mein nahi hote. Aap sahi track par ho.
Absolutely! Meri friend ne Greater Noida West mein Alpha I mein liya tha, almost 1.5L extra lag gaye possession ke time, just for 'utility charges' and 'club membership'. Builders ka alag hi scene hai.
