Noida extension residents — what are your possession experiences?

Just got possession in March in Gaur City. Things nobody told me: super area vs carpet area is a HUGE difference, almost 20% less. Also, the promised amenities aren't fully ready yet. The clubhouse is still under construction! Has anyone else faced this with Gaurs? I'm also hearing mixed reviews about the maintenance charges. Are they reasonable? Should I be worried about the RWA formation later? Any insights from Amrapali Dream Valley residents?
