Noida Extension residents: What's your ground reality?

Just moved into ATS Pious Hideaways last month after possession, and honestly, the reality is hitting hard. Everyone glorifies the brochure pictures, but nobody talks about the actual delivery. Woh promised "grand clubhouse" is barely functional, pool always 'under maintenance'. Maintenance charges are ₹5500+ every month, for basic service jo utna value for money nahi lagta. Builders bas sell karte time bade-bade promises karte hain, real life mein sab ghost facilities. Noida Extension mein yeh common hai kya? Change my mind.
